I've heard that it's unsafe to send personal information to some websites?

Class Parts is a SECURE SITE and has a valid digital certificate.

This means that any information you send such as personal information or credit card details are automatically encrypted so that they can't be read or intercepted by other people. Before you send any information to us, a dialog box will be displayed confirming that you are about to view pages over a secure connection, and a lock icon will appear on your status bar.

We NEVER send any details of our customers to Third Parties.

How do I order online?

Click on the product/s you like and number of products, then click ADD and proceed to the checkout or continue shopping. There is an online guide to help you through to the email section where your order details are sent to us by secure email.

Your credit card will be charged in Euros or Sterling and will appear in your local currency on your credit card statement.

All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT. Non-EU import duties and local sales tax are the customers responsibility.

 

How can I pay?

We are happy to accept either Visa or Mastercard. If you live in Eire we can also accept cheques from any Irish bank. Credit card payments are only implemented when the goods are ready to ship.  A 30 day credit account is available to existing customers and new customers with a good credit history and valid referees.

What if something is out of stock?

If an item that you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment then we will notify you directly so that we can inform you of expected delivery dates or discuss alternative product options.

 

What if I need to return something?

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the condition supplied, within 10 working days.

On receipt we will happily exchange the goods or refund your money in full, for the product. We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery.

When returning - the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely;

We advise that if you send a return parcel you get a proof of delivery from your postal / courier service so that the parcel can be traced.

Glass Parts are not responsible for return postage costs.
