Solar Protection Film IR50-B

The solar film IR 50 returns over 50% of the heat and reduces UV A radiation by 99% to 380 nm. The film keeps the glass transparency and the light in all spaces. It is a real factor for improved comfort. It saves energy related to air conditioning use as well. The solar protection adhesive film is composed of two layers of polyester vacuum-metalized, an adhesive and a protective film (which is to be removed while installation).

Conventional cleaning solutions (non-abrasive, non-ammonia), 30 days after installation. Products that could scratch the film are not allowed. 12 to 15 years for outside vertical application in Central Europe.

2 years from the delivery. This film should be kept away from excessive moisture and away from direct sunlight at temperature below 38°C.
